Roofing Service Pros is a free referral service. When you call or send the estimate form, your request goes to the independent roofing contractor who serves your town, or, where no contractor covers your area yet, to Roofing Service Pros, and we follow up with you. This page explains what we collect, who sees it and how long we keep it.

What we collect

From the estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you need and any details you type in. With each request we also record the date and time, the page you sent it from, and your IP address. We use these to route the request, follow up on problems and spot spam.

From phone calls: your phone number, and the date, time and length of the call.

From our web host: standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

Call recording

We plan to record calls to our numbers so we can confirm that requests reach the right contractor and to improve service. Calls are not recorded yet. When recording starts, you'll hear a notice at the beginning of the call before you're connected, and you can hang up if you don't want to be recorded. We'll update this page when that happens.

Who we share it with

Where a contractor covers your area, your call or estimate request goes to that independent roofing contractor so they can contact you about an estimate. Where none does yet, it comes to Roofing Service Pros and we follow up. We receive a copy of every form request so we can confirm it was delivered. Contractors who receive referrals may pay us for marketing services. Each contractor is an independent business and handles your information under its own policies.

We don't sell your information to data brokers or other companies, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and call records for up to 24 months, then delete them. Our request log is cleaned automatically every month. The contractor who received your request keeps their own records under their own policies.

How we protect it

Request records are stored outside the public website, in a folder only our hosting account can read. Only Roofing Service Pros and the contractor your request was sent to can see your details.

Your choices

To see what we have about you, to ask us to delete it, or to stop being contacted, call (978) 577-5300 or send a note through the estimate form. If a contractor has already received your request, contact them directly to have them delete their copy too.
